Falling asleep
Work with the evening you really have: light, stimulation, stress, timing and a wind-down that is small enough to repeat.

One-on-one coaching to make sleep more dependable in the life you actually have. Practical work on routines, light, recovery, stress and follow-through - alongside clinical care when sleep needs more than coaching.
“I know every sleep tip. I still cannot make any of them stick.”
“I fall asleep eventually, then I am awake again at 3am.”
“My tracker says I slept. My body disagrees.”
“I spend the whole day exhausted, then bedtime feels like another test.”
Sleep is shaped by body clock, sleep pressure, light, stress, timing and the rhythm of your week. Shift work, caring, pain, menopause, medicines and health conditions can all move it. A better plan starts with your real pattern - not another perfect bedtime routine copied from someone else.

Each one can help. None of them automatically makes sleep work in your week.
Coaching has a clear boundary
A PREKURE Coach does not diagnose or treat insomnia, sleep apnoea or another sleep disorder, and does not start, stop or change sleep medicine. Coaching can help with everyday routines and behaviour while a GP or sleep clinician handles diagnosis and treatment.
Loud snoring, gasping or pauses in breathing, or sleepiness that makes driving or work unsafe, belong with a GP first.
The missing piece: Someone helping you do it, week after week. A qualified person in your corner - a real coach who follows up.
Change you build yourself, with support and accountability, is the change that lasts.
A PREKURE Certified Health Coach: trained in lifestyle medicine and behaviour-change science, through a curriculum built by professors, doctors and health professionals. They’re the person who helps you turn what you know into what you actually do - alongside your healthcare team, never instead of it.
The goal isn’t to need us forever; it’s to get your health back in your hands.
Work with the evening you really have: light, stimulation, stress, timing and a wind-down that is small enough to repeat.
Notice patterns without turning the night into a performance score, then test practical changes one at a time.
Look beyond hours alone to consistency, recovery, daytime light, movement and anything that needs clinical assessment.
Build anchors that travel with the roster instead of pretending every night can look the same.
Sleep coaching is not a treatment for chronic insomnia or sleep apnoea. It is practical support to understand your pattern, change what is changeable and follow through without turning bedtime into another job.
You and your coach choose a daytime and nighttime outcome that matters to you - perhaps a steadier wake time, less time spent fighting bedtime, fewer exhausted afternoons or feeling safer and clearer during the day. You review the pattern together and change the experiment when it is not helping. Diagnosis and treatment outcomes stay with your clinician.
A private reflection, not a sleep assessment.
What is happening at night and what the next day is costing you.
Practical experiments, review and support - not another list of tips.
Sleep disorders, unsafe sleepiness and medicine questions stay with qualified clinicians.
Every programme is built on the PREKURE Metabolic & Behavioural Health Framework, and every coach is a PREKURE Certified Health Coach - trained in evidence-based behaviour change through a curriculum built by professors, doctors and health professionals.
No miracle claims, and no before-and-after photos. What we will give you: a method, a person trained to help you work it, and honesty that results vary - because they do.
No. Sleep coaching does not diagnose or treat chronic insomnia. If sleep trouble is persistent or significantly affecting daily life, talk with your GP; treatment may include cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia delivered by an appropriately qualified clinician.
Talk with your GP first, especially if you also wake unrefreshed or feel very sleepy during the day. Those can be signs that need proper assessment, not a sleep-hygiene plan.
No. Starting, stopping or changing any medicine or supplement belongs with your prescriber or pharmacist. A coach can help you prepare questions and follow the plan they give you.
Yes. Coaching can help you build realistic anchors around changing hours, light, recovery and the parts of the schedule you can control. It cannot make night work biologically identical to daytime work.
No. A tracker can be useful context, but it is not required and it does not diagnose a sleep disorder. How you function and feel during the day matters too.
No referral is needed to explore coaching. A GP comes first when there are breathing changes during sleep, unsafe daytime sleepiness, persistent severe sleep problems or another health concern.
There is no honest fixed timeline. The work happens over weeks: understand the pattern, test one change, review what happened and adjust. If it is not helping, we say so and point you toward the right next step.

PREKURE Sleep is health coaching, not diagnosis or treatment for insomnia, sleep apnoea or another sleep disorder. Coaches do not prescribe, recommend or change medicines or supplements. Breathing pauses, gasping, loud snoring with daytime sleepiness, or sleepiness that makes driving or work unsafe need appropriate clinical assessment.
